Full Masonry, Built to Last! 6 LF of seat wall join the custom outdoor fireplace with the raised planters. The flagstone patio is Autumn Flame natural flagstone with Carmel Mountain ledgestone veneer on the custom outdoor fireplace. We ran 1” pvc from the patio drain to the pot shelves for water to drain from the pots without the mess. This Rocklin Outdoor Fireplace is plumbed with gas and equipped with a 36” real firebrick firebox and a gas valve with log lighter. Also, a damper chokes down the chimney draw to push out the heat while conserving fuel. This set up lets you switch from real wood burning to a gas log set at any time. The low voltage surface lights throughout the hearth and seat walls are tied into the existing yard transformer. This build is a great example of a repurposing of space and creating a rustic retreat for outdoor relaxation.
