Taking the first step to a personal GPT Design is an in-person consultation where we review with our clients the project vision while walking the project location. With over 20 years of experience in building outdoor living environments, we are able to provide you with the required engineering and build restrictions, to get the best product possible.

After the site visit, we return to the office to begin work on the first preliminary drawing. In less than a week you’ll receive an email with the basic layout. You’ll have the opportunity to review this for any adjustments and changes to refine the space further. This aspect of the design project makes GPT unique compared to other designers. We are in constant contact with our clients throughout the design process, rather than an isolated design created without client’s input. Together we create your complete design. It is also important to note that GPT designs with the Built To Last! construction mindset; we take great pride in creating a design that works in the real world and is custom fit for each client’s lifestyle.

Lastly, the design details are filled in. You will receive a PDF to Scale plan, a final 3D rendering and an itemized detailed proposal. This PDF will allow you to send out your design for additional bid.
